Chicago School Librarians provide research and quick reference assistance in-person, online, or by phone or email. Check out these options and select what works best for you!

For quick answers to reference questions like library hours, a book’s availability, where to locate online library resources, etc., you can call the Chicago School Library circulation desk at 312.329.6630 during the hours listed below to get the answers you need. Or email the circulation desk library@thechicagoschool.edu anytime – emails will be answered within one business day.

Monday – Thursday 8:00 am – 9:00 pm CST
Friday – Saturday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST
Sunday 11:00 – 5:00 pm CST

During intersession the library hours are Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm CST

Individual Research Consultations: In-Person or Online

For in-depth assistance with library research, contact the library to schedule a 30 – 60 minute consultation with a librarian. Get help developing search strategies for a major research paper and learn new ways to search our databases! Meet in the library or meet online – we use GoToMeeting software, which allows us to share our computer desktops with you!
